Description

This occurrence dataset includes records of bat pathogens and their respective hosts collected in the Philippines in the span of four years from 2008 to 2011. This includes new records of viruses that they have named accordingly as well.

Data Records

The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 136 records.
