取樣方法
Most records concern sightings and calls. A few interesting specimens were collected and compose this dataset.
研究範圍 | The Brownsberg Nature Park was sampled 10 times, usually in the rainy and dry season. |

品質控管 | The data was identified with the use of field guides and or amphibian call libraries. |
方法步驟描述:
- 1. The amphibians were collected using line transects during night and day surveys. Reptiles were collected by hand when encountered. 2. The specimens were labeled in the field and after identification a collection number was assigned to each specimen. 3. The specimens were first preserved in formaldehyde and then transferred into 70% Ethanol. 4. All specimens were identified to species using literature and keys.
