The birds' presence was recorded, and literature was referred to for species identification. The final records of birds only included birds whose identification was confirmed through literature or other available resources. The present study was conducted within an underconstructed Nalanda University (NU) campus situated in the Rajgir town of Nalanda district, Bihar, India. The data was collected for a period of five months, from August to December 2022. The point count method was used to document the bird species because of its efficiency in estimating the species diversity and abundance in changing environments.
